The term “HomeGrown” finds its perfect representative in both Bailey’s personal and professional paths. Raised amidst the charm of Carmel, Indiana, Bailey’s formative years were formed through the expression of his passion for soccer, expressing his competitiveness as a varsity player for Carmel High School.

After high school Bailey attended Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, double majoring in Finance and Real Estate. Upon graduation, Bailey’s compass led him back to the heart of Indianapolis, where he worked as a financial analyst at Salesforce.

As the chapters of his career unfolded, his trajectory naturally turned to local real estate. He originally got his real estate license at the end of 2019 with the goal of flipping houses. After buying his first flip and realizing how complex the process can be without an agent, a friend reached out and asked him to help them purchase their first home.

The gratitude expressed from his first client rewarded Bailey in a way he never thought he’d get from a “job”. While he still flips houses, he has never looked back from that first deal and immediately knew he wanted to also focus on helping others buy and sell homes. Bailey’s profound roots made him an organic fit for HomeGrown Realty, with his deep connection to the community in which he has always called home.

When he isn’t selling homes or scoring goals, you can find Bailey at any local pizza shop or Mexican restaurant, especially Delicia - or multiple times a week at Chipotle.
